Clinical Program Director Clinical Program Director – FT position available in our Residential program to perform leadership skills in order to supervise daily functions of the clinical department staff. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, evaluating, orienting and training all clinical staff. The clinical program director will be responsible for maintaining confidentiality of all pertinent patient care information to assure the patient rights are protected. This position requires a Masters degree in related field and a LCADC. Knowledge of mental health field a plus. Environmental Tech This is a part-time position, with the potential of becoming full-time after the 90-day provisional period. The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: clean floors (sweep and mop), clean, wash and sanitize bathrooms, and dust surfaces; distribute clean linen on scheduled days; collect soiled linen on a daily basis; detail cleans the room/area and change the bedding of discharges; inventory and stock closets with needed cleaning supplies and linen; performs duties as requested by other departments; attends and participates in departmental monthly meetings; performs any activities of the Environmental Services Department as instructed by the Environmental Services Supervisor in accordance with current Federal, State and, CARF standards, as well as internal established policies and procedures. Job requirements are: must have a valid New Jersey Driver’s license; must be a team player and effectively interact and communicate with other departments (i.e. Maintenance Department, Nursing) and other personnel and maintain a high level of confidentiality; must be resourceful, able to work independently and work a flexible schedule, able to walk up and down steps, able to lift 30 lbs and be a self-starter. Must have a 10th grade education, and six months experience in a hotel, hospital or similar position is preferred. Medical Director - Part-time Responsibilities include patient medical history & physicals, and assisting patients and their families in the healing of the body, mind, and spirit modeling the 12 Steps of Recovery in accordance with organizational, Federal, State, CARF and ASAM standards. This position will require one day a week in the office, and five days per week on call (beeper) covering the Nurse Practitioner (must live within 45-minute driving distance of the facility). One weekend per month in the office is required, along with providing vacation coverage. Position may become full-time in the future. Must be licensed to practice in New Jersey and be ASAM certified and possess current CDS license. Medical Records Clerk - Part-time We are currently seeking a part-time Medical Records Clerk. The primary functions in this position are to review all forms and documents in the records to insure they are complete with the necessary forms and signatures required while maintaining confidentiality; perform audits and abstract information for authorized agencies. The successful candidate must possess a high school diploma or General Equivalency degree. Must have experience in a background of typing and general office duties; have excellent organizational skills; be very detail oriented and be computer literate; must be able to spell accurately and be able to take directions; must have excellent customer service skills with ability to effectively communicate and interact with internal and external customers and work in teams. Patient Care Associate (PCA) $10 per hour We are currently seeking a full-time Patient Care Associate to work a flexible schedule (evenings & weekends). Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: assist patients hands-on in their daily schedules, perform follow up phone calls, charting duties as necessary and participate in treatment team meeting as scheduled. Must maintain confidentiality of all pertinent patient information to assure patient rights are protected. Must have the ability to make decisions, set boundaries, and act with some authority. Must be a team player and hold self accountable to supervisor and team. At least one year working with addiction population is preferred and exposure to mental health population, along with knowledge or experience in health care, social work, recovery and addiction is a plus. Would prefer a person in recovery (at least 2 years). Public Relations Assistant We are currently seeking a Full Time Public Relations Assistant. Successful candidates will have a Bachelors degree or equivalent.
Job duties include but are not limited to the following: Creates and writes monthly press releases to earn media placements once per month in local / national media; conducts national news searches on internet and in industry magazines each day to follow up with any stories relevant to addiction; focus on media pitches to earn recognition; proofreads all newsletters and marketing materials; recruits and assists clinical staff in authoring articles on addiction for media sources; develops and cultivates relationships with local press and media; creates/updates mailing lists for all mailings; conducts internet searches and phone calls to obtain email lists for marketing email blasts; strictly supports Clinical Outreach Reps and Public Relations Coordinator with day to day functioning of marketing department; field all incoming advertisement inquiries; assist PR Coordinator with internal and external special events; planning, clerical support, and attending the events when needed; internal communication projects.
